Catamarans have a bad habit of sailing aound the anchor, so offsetting by as little as 100 mm can help to prevent this. Another benefit is having twin anchors - set at 45 degrees they provide peace of mind in a blow. Design- Alan Loveard; Fabricator "Stem-to-Stern"
